Terms & Conditions of your Stay with The Islay Hotel
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings cancelled/modified 14 days before stay – full refund (21 days for bookings of 6 or more rooms reserved)
- Bookings cancelled/modified between 24hrs & 14 days – a charge will be made for one nights stay of the complete booking
- Bookings cancelled/modified less than 24 hours or ‘no show’ – full charge for complete booking* will be made
*We respectfully remind you that you are travelling to an Island and as such you are subject to adverse weather conditions which may affect the ferry or plane. Our cancellation policy still applies regardless. To avoid any financial loss, we strongly recommend you have travel insurance to cover the eventuality of transport cancellation.
